Guys, I seriously love this blog. So many health blog are hugely biased when it comes to limiting what/how much you eat, or how you should ONLY do cardio, or even about your self-worth as a whole. I love how the BackOnPointe blog talk about how your self-worth needs to go beyond the number on the scale. As a recovering anorexic, she talks about the importance of eating NOT based on calories, but based on your body’s needs. I have never found a fitness blog that has inspired me more to be the best version of myself. If any of you guys are interested in fitness or bettering yourself, BackOnPointe is definitely THE blog to follow.
